DESCRIPTIONS

Every pot is hand made in Georgia Stevenson’s studio on the Sunshine Coast and is one of a kind. All of the glazes used are food safe. Measurements are approximate and colours may vary slightly from photographs.  

CARE

I recommend hand washing where possible to avoid damage. To reduce staining in mugs, take care to wash thoroughly with warm soapy water after use.

PAYMENTS

Payment is accepted through Stripe and PayPal and is quoted in AUD (Australian Dollars).

SHIPPING

Purchases will aim to be packed and shipped within 3 working days of receiving payment. Delivery usually takes 2-5 business days from the date of shipping. All orders are shipped via Australia Post or Sendle, and all parcels sent within Australia are tracked and insured. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, based on weight.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you wish to return a purchase, we will accept returns and issue a refund excluding the shipping cost. Please note, returns of custom orders or sale items are not accepted.

  • Notify Georgia Stevenson Ceramics of your intent to return by email within 2 days of receiving your items. We will respond with further instructions and return address details.

  • Postage costs for returned items are the responsibility of the customer.

  • Please use registered and insured post as we do not take responsibility for lost packages.

  • Items returned must be unused and undamaged.

  • Items must be returned within 8 days of the purchaser receiving their order.

  • Once items are received at Georgia Stevenson Ceramics, we will process your refund.

BREAKAGES

We take great care to package all purchases safely, however in the unlikely event that your items are damaged in transit; contact us via email within 24 hours of receiving your purchase. Please include photos of the condition of the parcel itself, the delivery label, and the damaged items to ensure a legitimate claim can be made with our courier.
