Carved Loops Tumbler - Smoke
A wheel-thrown ceramic tumbler with hand-carved detail, created by Georgia Stevenson in her Melbourne studio. Each tumbler is meticulously detailed by hand and is a highly tactile and sensory object of interest in itself. Perfect for a cuppa or a beer.
The clay body is stained by hand and the exterior of the tumbler is exposed and unglazed. Where clay is exposed, a Liquid Quartz Sealer has been applied to aid resistance to stains. The interior of the tumbler is lined with a simple satin glaze.
L (taller): Approx. capacity 515ml, 90mm diameter x 110mm high
R (shorter): Approx. capacity 505ml, 90mm diameter x 105mm high
I recommend hand washing where possible to avoid damage.
Every pot is hand made in Georgia Stevenson’s studio in Melbourne and is one of a kind. All of the glazes used are food safe. Measurements are approximate and colours may vary slightly from photographs.
