A wheel-thrown ceramic vase with a slip-trailed dot grid, created by Georgia Stevenson in her Melbourne studio. Each vase is meticulously detailed by hand and is a highly tactile object of interest in itself.
Perfect for displaying a bunch of flowers.
The clay body is stained by hand, by mixing oxides into a commercial clay blend. The exterior of the vase features gloss glazed raised lines, with an unglazed background. The interior of the vase is lined with a clear glaze to ensure functionality and is water-tight.
Measures approx. 10.5cm diameter x 18cm high
I recommend hand washing where possible to avoid damage.
Every pot is hand made in Georgia Stevenson’s studio in Melbourne and is one of a kind. All of the glazes used are food safe. Measurements are approximate and colours may vary slightly from photographs.
